About Me
I was born on a boat and lived there for six years.
At 11, I taught myself to code, and by 15, I launched Oasis of Change, Inc., a nonprofit focused on digital sustainability and building energy-efficient websites that help organizations grow while using less power.
Since then, I’ve helped plant over 9,000 trees in 15 countries, prevented more than 7,000 plastic bottles from entering the ocean, and supported nonprofits in securing up to $868,200 per year in in-kind technology grants through programs like Google Workspace, Google Ad Grants, Microsoft for Nonprofits, and Canva.
I've presented to audiences of hundreds, including the TransLink Executive Team and Board of Directors, as well as the Vancouver Emerging Technology Showcase. I've also collaborated with organizations such as Microsoft, IKEA, The Dais at Toronto Metropolitan University, Formaloo, the West End Seniors' Network (WESN), and the Stanley Park Ecology Society (SPES).
My work has been recognized with the City of Vancouver Impact in Innovation Award for excellence in science, technology, and sustainability.
I've been educated through the International Baccalaureate program and Harvard Online, and I'm also a TKS Alumnus '25 and buildspace s5 Alumnus '24.
